Make sure all inputs have a Name and Value defined.

Connecting with FormSpark

1. Create a FormSpark account

2. Create a new form (left hand side)

3. Under that form go to the “How-To” tab at the top

4. Copy the “submit-form” link

5. Paste that link into the “url” field in the component controls

6. Set to “Post” and “json” below url in the component controls

7. Keep in mind, all styles are controlled at the bottom under “styles”
